It is recommended to use with telephoto lenses that range in size from 70-200mm and larger. The aluminum and stainless-steel plate has a dovetail on the bottom, which is compatible with ArcaSwiss type ball heads or clamps. HOW DOES IT WORK? Mount to any lens collar foot.
