Trouble shooting:
Q: The external device cannot be recognized by computer
A: 1. Hook up the external CD drive to the direct USB port on your computer. If you connect it to a USB hub or extension cords, it maybe cannot recognize the Drive or read the CD/DVD.
2. Ensure the computer included internal drive software instead of a virtual drive. Or try it with another computer.
3. Ensure CD is placed well and not scratched.
4. Ensure the compatibility of your CD. Or try with another CD.

Q: Trouble in burning
A: Blank cd is unformatted so please download the burning software.

Q: Cannot play CD/DVD
A: 1. Ensure cd is placed well and not scratched.
2. Install VLC Media player

Q:Loud noise when it is working
A: Some CDs are thicker than ordinary CDs so it will make louder noise. Please do not feel worry because it is normal.
