Standard NEOTEC II cheek pad set WITH Noise Isolators, 31mm. The number on the cheek pad set is the thickness in millimeters. Thinner cheek pads can be applied to loosen the fit, thicker cheek pads can be applied to tighten the fit. All sizes of cheek pads will fit any size NEOTEC II. Stock sizes are as follows: XS = 39mm S, M, L, XL = 35mm XXL = 31mm
