Product Review
WTO Products gourmet Grade A Madagascar bourbon vanilla beans are organically grown in Madagascar by Malagasy farmers. This region remains the industry standard for producing Vanilla planifolia with high vanillin content.
The vanilla beans are hand-harvested when they are plump and long. They are cured over months to enhance the rich bourbon flavor profile unique to Madagascar vanilla beans. The beans are further assessed for quality benchmarks by inspecting the bean's aroma, size and appearance.
Together these processes safeguard the integrity of our beans to ensure the superior quality standard expected from Grade A Madagascar vanilla beans (intense potency, aroma, flavor and moisture content).
These bean pods are filled with many seeds and moist with vanilla essential oils that will enhance any recipe. Once you have experienced the aroma and taste of high quality vanilla from Wholistic Therapeutics & Organics, there is no going back.
Traditionally, gourmet vanilla beans are used to make desserts including cakes, ice cream, cookies and custards. They can also be used for more savory recipes: smoothies, dressings, and glazes.
To acquire the seeds, use a knife to split the vanilla bean open, then scrape the seeds out.
