The SM-261A is single channel IR wireless transmitter works with any brand of universal infrared headphones. It is widely used in vehicle audio system and home TV/CD/PC. Latest IR transmission technology with no interference from other RF wireless devices like FM radio,Wifi,works very well when watching streaming media (Netflix/Amazon Prime/hulu).
Easy to install. Simply plug the transmitter into the RCA or Headphone jack of the car DVD player/TV/PC/ipad etc. and these devices will be turned into a wireless infrared system. Turn on your IR headsets, it will auto connect to the transmitter so users can listen to the movie/music quietly and wirelessly. Ensure to place the transmitter on a high place without any obstacles in front of it, so that the headphones can pick up the sound smoothly. Transmitter can be powered by 12v cigarette lighter outlet or ac adapter.
