This patch can be ironed on or sewn on: 1. Spray water on the back of the patch. 2. Place patch on garment. 3. Set iron temperature on for cotton. 4. Cover patch with a piece of damp cloth. 5. Iron for 10-15 seconds. 6. Turn garment inside out and iron until dry. For best results sewing on the patch is recommended
