Two Method to Draw Eyebrows
Method 1:

Method 2:
Sparse Eyebrows Person
Firstly, sweep away to shape brows contour, then gently to define the brows form sparse area. Finally, use the pen fill in color by a 45 angle evenly to create the perfect 3D eyebrows.
