Here are the connection steps:
Double pairing:
1. Press and hold the power button on the headset at the same time until the LED flashes blue and red alternately. Both people have a voice saying "power on" and then "pairing"
2. Double-click on a sound in "Search Selection" and wait for the blue and red earbud flash to alternately display the "Pairing Successful" sound, which is the pairing status.
3. Please open "Bluetooth" on your phone, then select "i7TWS" in the list.
4. After connecting, the LED flash will slowly turn blue
Single pairing:
1. Press and hold the power button on the headset until the LED flashes blue and red alternately, then prepare to pair
2. Please open “Bluetooth†on the phone, select “i7TWS†in the list, the headset will prompt the voice.
Please note that when you speak in stereo mode, you can only hear the sound of one earbud.
Unresolvable problem resolution steps;
Please see if the USB cable is out of power and can't be powered. Try to test the charging with other USB cable. When charging, whether the flashing blue and red lights flash alternately. It can't flash to prove that the bottom of the earphone is not well connected. Please plug the circuit of the bottom charging stand.
Short working hours;
Please charge it for 1-2 hours before using it. When the headset leaves the Bluetooth device within 5 minutes, it will automatically turn off the power.
Precautions;
Keep away from wifi, routing or other high frequency transmitting equipment to prevent signal reception interruption
