In terms of the camera doesn't charge the batteries issue,we have added more detailed product description for the camera battery.The camera comes with a USB charger and a USB cable.You can insert the battery into the camera.Then you can use the USB cable to connect the camera and the USB charger.Finally plug in the USB charger for charging.If want to use the separate battery charge,please use the travel charger. In terms of the lense does not for this camera issue,we have added more detailed product description for the lens.The camera comes with a 37mm lens adapter.If your camera installed a lens adapter, you can use a 37mm filter.Please take down dust cover of the lens first.Please install the super wide angle lens clockwise on the machine according to the direction of the thread.Please work properly when the digital video camera power on.Filter lens can be installed on this super wide angle lens. In terms of the camera zoom in or out issue,we have added more detailed product description for the camera zoom.The camera zoom belong to the "Digital Zoom",don't belong to the "optical zoom".The camera is designed without "auto focus" feature and the camera didn't belong to the "auto focus".The camera has the "digital zoom" function that can be zoomed in or out using the camera W/T button.
