How to Use:

1. Turn On/Off: Long Press the button about 2 seconds, the 3-way switch will flash red,
green and blue in turn once, then flashes red all the time. Long press the power button to turn off.
2.3 Heating Set : Press the 3-way switch to adjust temperature, red LED for high temperature,
green for medium,blue for low.

Cold Compress:

1.Store the gel pack in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
2.Put the ice pack wrap it around the targeted body part.
3.Every 3-4 hours ice compress, once 20-30 minutes.
