Question: How to set the shock level and the vibration level separately ?
Answer: You can press the "1/2" button once to change Channel 1 or Channel 2. And you press and hold" 1/2" button for 3 second until the Vibration digit blink, then press "+" " -" to adjust Vibration Level from 1-8. Or shock digit blinks, press "+" " -"to adjust shock Level from 1-16.

Question: Can I use the beep or vibration alone without shock?
Answer: Yes, If you use it for small dog or puppy, only use beep and vibration modes works fine. If the dog do not reflect the beep and vibration, you can use the shock mode.

Question: What is the collar's size? Is it fit for my 10lbs small dog?
Answer: YES.With 23 inches long collar strap,the collar fits all size dogs (10-100lbs) as the it's adjustable.
