â–º TISSUE PAPER POM POMS STEP BY STEP ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
Step 1: Fan out one half of the strip of paper. Step 2: Carefully start separating the layers, one by one, away from the center, until half of the pom pom is assembled. Step 3: Repeat the same process with the other half of the pom pom. Step 4: Once all the layers have been pulled away, use your hands to create a more rounded shape.
