How to Use The Jade Roller:

Ensure your skin is clean before a massage. Use the large roller to push the skin bottom-up to enhance the skin and avoid sagging muscles. 
Use the smaller one to massage with clockwise direction, inside and outside, to reduce eye lines and prevent wrinkles. 
Once a day, 10-15 minutes per use. Heat the item with hot water before using will help expand the pores and accelerate skin's absorption.
