Food Grade - No Splits and Debris:
I use these bamboo skewers with a chocolate fountain at my daughter's birthday party.
All of the skewers were smooth and sharp enough to easily spear marshmallows and fruit. No splinters!
Plus the wide end makes a secure handle. I'm very pleased that my daughter had a happy birthday party.

Paddle Handle:
Perfect size for dessert kabobs, fruit and appetizers! Flat end not only keeps the food in place but serves as a nice "handle."
I used them for fruit kabobs for kids with cherry tomatoes, cheese, sausage and basil. Children love the paddle handle!

Unlike wooden skewers, these are very sturdy for heavier apps. They won't easily break.

Interesting using
I glued the little card stock tags to the paddle end of the stick as my gardening markers.
Their ends are sharp and strong enough, perfect for my scratch-board CD project.
Paddle handle is comfortable to holder. I even used them as a mixing stick for my oil making.
