Usage:
  Power On
     Click the on/off button 1 second to enter the low mode (reading level)
  Power Off
     Click 1 second under any mode
  Switch Modes
     Press to cycle the modes: Low → High→ Med→ Turbo
     (Press and hold for 1 second to power off at any mode)
  Turbo Mode
     Press and hold the button 4 times( 4 seconds) for Turbo mode

Micro USB Charging Instructions:
  Open the Micro USB cover and and connect Micro USB charing.
  Charging indicator: When charging, the red indicator will light constantly. When charging is complete, the light turns blue.
  Charging time: 45 minutes (350 mAh / 5V)
