Suggested Use: Dissolve one scoop in eight ounces water, juice, tea, coffee, or a preferred beverage. This powder is soluble in both hot and cold liquids. It is not stimulating so you can take it morning or night, and it is unflavored.
PLEASE NOTE: Each container is intentionally HALF FULL to allow a hand to get in and out to scoop the powder, and there is not a seal over the inside of the jar, the safety seal is the heavy duty seal on the outside.
