All balloons are brand new and ship un-inflated. Just add helium to these double sided, self sealing balloons. Helium balloons have a tendency to often float sideways or even upside down when filled. If this happens, please attach a small balloon weight of any type to the end of the inflated balloon string to keep it floating upright. 3.The helium should not be filled too full, especially in the high temperature environment.
