Product connection to computer order：

Keyboard and mouse no response solutions
1. turn off all the other 2.4G devices in the room to ensure that the keyboard and mouse are "closed before they can be re operated".
2, insert the USB receiver, open the power on the keyboard, press ESC+Q for a few seconds, the keyboard will be repaired.
3. to repair the mouse, plug and restore the USB receiver. After that, press the left and right keys and power up the mouse. Don't let go in 4 seconds. The mouse will work.
Note: If the above operation fails, close the two operations, delete the receiver and restart from Step 2 for another connection.
