Although there are 2  straps on the top of the cushion, you cannot depend on them to bind the mats or secure the rest of it to the high chair.You must  match with 5 points high chair straps to use it.It will work better. There are 5 slot openings on the cushion, specially designed for 5 point Safety Harness belt.The safety of the lovely child is the most important.We love baby very much.
