ISOMALT CRYSTALS

This product can be used to make edible gems, pulled sugar, blown sugar and as a sugar substitute in baking. High resistance to humidity and will not crystallize. If no color added, the candy hardens clear.

JEWEL AND GEM MOLDS

Molds are suitable for hard candy and cookie making. They are first-quality plastic molds and are FDA approved. Wash molds in hot water. AVOID USING SOAP ON ANY MOLD; it will reduce the shine appearance of the finished product. Molds may be used many times.
