Keep hands and body away from cable intake slot while operating
Do not exceed hoist load weight capacity 440LBS
Make sure that the hoist is properly bolted to a structure that can hold the hoist hold
Do not use inappropriate attachments to extend the length of the hoist cable
Never lift people or hoist loads overhead people
Never come in between or under the hoist and the load while operating, using remote control panel to stop when necessary
