Disassembles nearly all pen and pencil kits with tubes and components of any size. Rods are 4-7/8" (125mm) long and made of hardened alloy steel with a black Oxide finish. Includes (28) rods from 3/32" to 17/32" in diameter, with rods small enough to feed through twist mechanisms to pop off pen tips and large enough to remove components from very large pens. Helps solve the following problems: barrel material cracked on assembled pen, a component was Pressed in the tube too far, inserted the component in the wrong direction, inserted the wrong component, want to swap finished tubes, etc. For easiest and best results, use with our locking soft-grip pliers for pen disassembly (pkdisgrip).
