ANCIENT Wisdom - Modern Cupping
Lure Essentials came to be purely out of necessity. We are a husband and wife team who enjoy a healthy and active lifestyle. Dating back to our childhood in Eastern Europe, cupping was the go-to practice to fight cold and a number of other ailments that our parents and grandparents successfully treated with this remarkable holistic modality. Traditionally, cupping therapy is used to increase circulation, reduce inflammation and for lymphatic drainage to release toxins and cellular debris.
Some years later, now in his 40's when Igor, a black belt in MMA and Tae Kwan Do and a purple belt in Jiu-Jitsu continued to suffer sports related injuries from his strenuous training and struggling to find a remedy that worked, we recalled the many benefits of cupping from our childhood.

Conscious of the public's perception that cupping causes 'bruising' marks and traditionally uses fire and glass jars, we thought: "there must be a better way," so we set out to create user friendly cupping kits for self-care that everyone, regardless of age and experience can enjoy.

Having experienced transformational results with our small, but mighty cups ourselves, we decided to share the magic of DIY cupping with the world. We developed kits or systems that help address headaches, sinus congestion, muscle & join pain, mobility, trigger point and tension relief. We also created kits for cosmetic application like cellulite and body shaping, facial rejuvenation (no bruising or down time).
