2 Since the memory foam is temperature-sensitive, it is normal that when it's cold the foam will be fimer and with heat it becomes softer and more flexible.
3 Do not expose the memory foam core to the sunlight directly. Please keep it dry and ventilate it regularly for prolonged use.
4 A small amount of bubbles on the foam surface is a normal phenomenon.
5 Do not wash the memory foam core.
