The lock is made from hardened steel for improved resistance to cutting and shearing. Uses a pin tumbler mechanism. It is chrome plated and made from solid brass which is not easily bent. It has a 16mm (5/8") diameter hitch pin, and meets Australian Safety Standards.
This lock has a 3500kg towing capacity.
