The SOT Style Block Board (anterior board) is 19" x 15" x 1½". It's constructed of 1" firm high-density foam bonded to 1/2" plywood . It is covered in black Spirit Line Naugahyde® with non-slip material attached to the underside. Chiropractors find this board invaluable when adjusting on a softer table and also for pelvic blocking.
