Q:Can it works with a case?
A: Our wireless car charge can work with phone case which is less than 4mm/0.16in in thickness. It will be better to charge without phone case
Q: The car charge can not work
A: 1. Try to charge your phone without phone case.
2. Remove metal attachment or credit cards.
Q: It charges slowly.
A: 1. It must works as a fast wireless Charger with 2.0/3.0 adapter(NOT INCLUDED)
2. Turn off phone screen while wireless charging
3. Try to charge your phone without phone case
Note: If your phone is GPS or keep phone screen turn on, charging speeds will be slower in order to avoid your phone get overheating.
Q: My phone get overheating
A: Remove the metal plate or credit card from phone back. It has over charge/over heat protection and other more safety features.
