Brand introduction
Puer Tea, including fermented tea (dark green tea) and raw tea (green tea), is produced only in Yunnan, China. Yunnan large leaf tea (namely Puer tea and Yunnan black tea), characterized by such merits as soak-enduring, unique thick taste, diversified fragrances and high quality raw materials, symbolizes premium tea and has won the gold award at TeaExpo. It became popular in Europe since the 19th century and got recognized by the world via British Tea Trade Organization. With the properties similar to wine, some tea will become more and more fragrant with over the years. Catechinic compounds in tea has the functions of anti-oxidation and anti-aging. Drinking tea has many benefits. It has been proven that long-term tea drinking can lower blood lipid, lose bodyweight, reduce arteriosclerosis and regulate blood sugar level. Brewing suggestion
1. put tea into a teapot or a gaiwan: put 8-12 grams of tea leaves (according to personal preference) into the gaiwan, pour in boiling water at 1:50 (94℃ -96 ℃)
2. wake up tea: soak the tea in boiling water for less than 15 seconds, then quickly pour out the water, do not drink it just pour it out. The process is called as clean and awaken tea, and it is used for washing the tea and warm the tea wares.
3. wait: pour some boiling water into the gaiwan again, wait for about 10 seconds. Soaking time is according to personal preferences, if you like to drink strong tea, soak it a little longer, otherwise, soak a little shorter. But the maximum soaking time should not exceed 30 seconds.
4. pour the tea soup into the public cup.
