HOW TO RESOLVE PAIRING TWO EARBUDS ISSUE
1. Please press buttons on two earbuds to turn them off at the same time.
2. Press both buttons for 20 seconds to clear all pairing records. The light will flash in green and red to indicate the records are deleted successfully.
3. Press buttons to power two earbuds on at the same time( Please make sure that they are not connected with other devices) and you will will hear "TWS connected" which reminds that earbuds are paired with each other successfully.
STEPS TO LINK WITH YOUR DEVICES
1.Take earbuds from the charging case. Long press Multi Functional Button(MFB) for 3 seconds to turn earbuds on and release MFB when lights flash in blue.
2.Long press the R earbud( the master one) until the voice prompt reminds " Pairing" (The light flashes in green and red. ), then short press the L one until the voice prompt reminds " Power on"(The light flashes in green).
3.Two earbuds will be paired automatically and lights will be off once they are paired successfully. Then indicator light of the master earbud will flash in blue.
4.Search " Latow- Luna L" or "Latow-Luna R" on your phone and pair with it.
5.The light will be off after pairing is done successfully.
