The tumbler lid is made of thick and sturdy plastic. The plastic is clear and allows you to see the contents and its level with ease. You can open and close the slid tag easily with the slide vane on the top of the tumbler. The rubber seal around the bottom of the lid fits tight enough inside the Yeti and RTIC tumblers.
The 30 oz tumbler is designed with an air hole on top of slider according to airflow ergonomics which helps reducing splashing. You can replace the tumbler lid if your original lid is broken or lost. The tumbler with these lid will keep drinks colder and longer as well.
It is easy to clean and dishwasher safe, but avoid using in microwave. The air hole is designed to keep a same air pressure inside and outside the tumbler, making it convenient for you to drink water.
This lid will help with accidental tilt and spills but not guarantee no leaks if inverted for a long time. You had better open the straw hole when it is filled with hot drink in case of the lip pop up for high pressure.
