Warming Tips

DO NOT place directly on charcoal. Lay the mat over the grill grates approx 7 inches from the burners.
Brush a layer of oil on the grill mat before placing food on it to ensure even heating.
After use, wipe with a damp cloth or detergent to dry. Avoid using metal utensils as they may scratch the mats and cause damage.
Allow the mats to cool before washing. Dry with a soft cloth.
No folding: Lay flat or roll up when not in use - do not fold or crease the mats.
