Brand new valve cover bolt noise isolator grommet. One grommet should be paired with each lower valve cover bolt. Replace worn or damaged grommets to ensure there are no leaks after installing your new injectors. A half-set of 12 will service one bank, and a full-set of 24 will service the entire engine.
