User Tips:
1 For continuous use, please set with heating level 4 or level 5 for about 5 minutes, and then select a relatively low heating level (level 1 - level 3).
2. Try to keep the warming pad flat during the use.
3. If the warm neck wrap is "folded" or "warp" during the use, overheat might occur, which will activate the overheat protection system.
4. The controller should never be covered during the use, otherwise the controller might get overly hot, incurring overheat protection.

Moist Heat Using Guide:
1. Gently tap one side of the pad with a damp sponge/cloth or apply a fine mist on using a spray bottle.
2. Make sure the connectors are dry without being dampened.

4. Do not soak the pad.
