Usage Tips
Place your hand(s) into the hot paraffin 5 times.Â
Then put your hands into paraffin protectors (plastic liners) and then place them in the terry mitts to hold the heat in (for about 10 minutes) so that you can get the healing benefits longer.
The same for your feet.
