1.When you received this fountain pump Please tear off the plastic film  protector on the surface ,

.2.The pump is driven directly by the sunlight. If the sunlight is not enough , it will not work or can not      reach the perfect effect  

3 there should be enough water in the pool,

4. please clean the pump and the solar panel regularly ,make sure the best result

5. Don't make the pump work without water for a long time, it will shorten it's life
