HG-X1007 is milk white ,its function is same as HG-X1000BL. Many people will like it , I think .The pot inside layer is made of healthy 304 stainless steel ,can not be taken out .Two speed designed electric shabu shabu pot , high speed to boil water quickly, lower to cook like slow cooker . It is also an shabu shabu pot, easy to boil beef ,mutton ,pork and vegetable again and again ,do not need auto shut off. If you only boil water with it , need shut off by hand .
