Tip 1: Damage is unavoidable after a long distance delivery, we are really sorry about the troubles may bring to you but please do not worry, please check all the parts and if missing some of them or some parts broken, reach out to us and we will be more happy to replace them for you.
Tip 2: This is a big tent that requires assemble, please refer to the manual enclosed. When the parts cannot fit properly, please change another piece or another way to assemble, over strengthen them will caused broken. If anything you cannot solve or damaged the parts by accident, please contact us and we will help you out.
Tip 3: This is a tent design for sunny days, we do not recommend to use it in the bad weather like windy or rainy days, please do not left it at night. Please put it away as soon as possible after finished using,it helps prolong it's service life.
Tip 4: It comes with ground stakes and ropes to add steadiness, please insert the stakes into the ground to stabilize the tent.
