COOKING WITH CORN STARCH:
THICKEN HOT LIQUIDS: Mix Corn Starch with a little cold water then slowly stir into hot liquid. Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
CAKE FLOUR: To make one cup, combine 3/4 cup plus 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour with 2 tbsp. corn starch.
