Please install the hand shower according to the steps of the installation diagram. Make sure to put the rubber washer into each nut of the shower hose and connect the hex nut of hose with the bracket. Incorrect installation could cause leak or make shower head can't fit the bracket.
No tools are required,but over tightening can damage your shower head, bracket or shower arm.
