Simply place the targets in any location on a metal goal frame. For example, you may practice hitting the upper corners of the goal. The locations are up to you & can be easily changed at any time. The targets hold firmly to the frame thanks to neodymium magnets which are permanently molded into the plastic edge of the target.

Grab your stick & fire away with your puck or ball. When you hit a target, it will fly off the frame & you'll feel proud to have hit your mark! After knocking the targets down, simply place them back on the frame in your desired locations & you're ready to play again!

Important Notice: If you have a light weight metal hockey net, we suggest that you place weights on the back or on top of the net to keep the net from moving when you are shooting at the targets. This helps keep the targets attached to the goal. We also recommend tying a string through the hole on the targets so they are easier to reset.
