2. Make sure the Micro USB cable is compatible, and connects with wireless charger stably;
3. Take off your phone case to prevent overheating, slow charging or charging discontinued, for best charging result;
4. Make sure there is no magnetic or metal objects on wireless charger stand;
5. Place your phone on the center port of charging stand.
