If you have any questions or don't see a fish on there that we should sell feel free to send us a message. We quarantine all fish before shipping to make sure they are healthy. We may cancel and refund you if we think the fish is not ready to ship. Guaranteed live arrival, if you have any problems with your order, send a photo in the unopened bag within 2 hours of delivery along with any other information we should know. Watch your tracking number! After your order is placed we will confirm it then attach a tracking number when it ships. Remember, we are dealing with live animals and it is important to be prepared when they arrive. All packages will have padding and heat pads if needed with no extra cost.
