Aigostar electric deep fryer has 1800W heating elements, by controlling adjustable temperature and timer to cooking different types of foods. 

Temperature can be set to between 265℉- 375℉ to cook ingredients to the perfect crisp. 

Timer is up to 30 minutes.

Equipped with two handy indicator lights. One to let you know when the fryer is powered on and another to let you know it's heating up. 

Recommendation timer for different fried food: 

Shrimp: 265℉ in 2-4mins 

Fish: 300℉ in 5-8mins 

Steak: 340℉ in 5-10mins 

Chicken Stripes: 360℉ in 5-10mins 

French Fries: 375℉ in 6-10mins (1st time), 375℉ in 3-5mins (1st time)

French Fries being fried with a 2nd time will be lighter and crispier.
