Durable
Beware of manufacturers who use cheap laminate (plastic) for the bottom of kitchen products to cut costs. Our unit is 100% solid bamboo for extra durability. Another point of failure among competitors can be small nails holding the walls together. Over time they can wriggle apart or fall apart in shipping. We only use dove tail joints. We have had a 245lb person stand on this during product testing, both on its side and upright, and it easily withstood the weight. The joints in this box will outlast most of the items in your kitchen.
