The sliding door roller assembly allows your sliding door to open and close properly. If your sliding door does not close properly or wiggles then you may have a problem with your sliding door roller. This part is for the Honda Odyssey EX, EX-L and Touring submodels with the power sliding door function.

The sliding door roller assembly is located behind the sliding door. Removing the tail light assembly is needed to remove the railing cover and the sliding door can be opened halfway automatically to remove the rail cover and will be possible when you open the windows all the way down then switch the door open.

DO NOT PRY open the side of the tail light assembly when pulling it off as it will crack, by then you will be able to remove the railing cover and that will expose the sliding door roller assembly. Remember to have some support holding the door while removing the old roller assembly and to take the keys off to avoid draining your battery while replacing the part. You need to use the metal bracket from the old part that holds the roller assembly from behind the sliding door because it is not included with this part. Simply take the clip off the metal rod that holds the roller assembly and bracket together (Do not lose it as it pops off) and slide it all the way off.
