1. How long will the battery last while in use?
Normally at 70°F, the battery will last nearly 7-8 hours on low, 5-6 hours on medium, or 3-4 hours on high when all 5 heating zones are on.
2. How to clean my heated apparel?
Disconnect and remove battery pack from battery holder pocket before washing. Wash in hand or machine in cold water beneath 30°C. Do not twist or wring. (DRY-CLEAN IS FORBIDDEN)
3. What's the heat setting recommendation?
As normal, during those severely cold days as low as -10°F, you are recommended to set your jacket's heat to high. When at 15°F, set your heat level to medium. And if you've got a windy 35 °F fall evening, set your jacket's heat to low.
4. How to maintain the battery when I don't use it for a long time?
When battery pack is not in use, please fully charge it before you place it in the safe place. Additionally, you must recharge the battery every 3 months to lengthen its working life.
