Warm Tips:
The tracker must work with 2G GSM band 900/1800/1900mhz with GPRS data SIM card, doesn't support 3G/4G, and we don't supply SIM card.
About GSM SIM card, we recommend Speedtalk and T-mobile, some SIM cards need to setup APN before access to GPS network, you can contact us about how to setup APN.

1. Insert SIM card
When you insert SIM card into the device, the green light flashes, or when you call the SIM card, it is busy or you hear it ring, and then the call fails, that is, the device has received GPRS signal, you can go to the next step. If you hear the call number turned off when calling the device, the SIM card hasnt received GPRS signal.
If the blue light flashes, the SIM card has received GPS signal.
No signal maybe there 3 situations
The card is not inserted and readed (re insert).
Hadn't used correct SIM card (we recommend Speed talk that support 2G/3G/4G network).
There is no GPS signal in the room (try again outside).

2. Download APP
Search: TKSTAR GPS, or scan the QR code in the manual.
Server: www.mytkstar.net.
If the location is wrong or GPS is offline, you need to set APN.

3. Set APN
First, ask the operator for the APN information of the card: APN name, apnpassword, apnusename.
Secondly, send 4 messages to SIM card.
For example, if you get following information:
Apn Name: A
Apn Username: B
Apn passwd: C
Then send messages to SIM card:
1.gprs123456
2.apn123456 A (There is a space in front of A)
3.apnusename123456 B (B also)
4.apnpasswd123456 C (C also)
