When Connecting to a Controller.
1. Make sure the audio Output setting in your system is "headset".
2.Plug 3.5 mm cable into the controller directly which has a 3.5 mm audio port.
When Connecting to a PC.
The Y Splitter Adapter ( Included )Audio Cable is needed when using the headset on computer.
When Connecting to a Xbox one.
New Xbox One with a 3.5mm interface controller (GamePad) can be matched with this headset with 3.5mm plug.
The Old Version of Xbox One without a 3.5mm interface controller (GamePad) need an extra Adapter which has a 3.5mm interface (Not Included) to match with this headset.
The voice chat feature of Nintendo Switch？
A. From your smart device, download and install the Nintendo Switch Online app and sign in with your Nintendo Account.
B. From your Nintendo Switch console, start the compatible software using the same Nintendo Account as used on the Nintendo Switch Online app.
C. Enter the mode that supports voice chat over the Nintendo Switch Online app.
D. On the smart device, select "Start" after receiving the prompt asking, "Start voice chat?"

❶An active Nintendo Switch Online membership is required
❷A list of software that supports voice chat using the Nintendo Switch Online app can be found
within the app by selecting "Voice Chat" from the Main Menu, and then selecting
"Supported Software."
