How to use itï¼Ÿ
1>Align belt around hipsï¼š
Place our si belt sacroiliac belt so that it rests around the hips which is 2-3 inches lower than where a regular belt would go. Aligning the back seam of the belt with your back

2>Overlap:
Overlap both loose ends of the Si hip belt around the body and pull both ends till you achieve desired tension

3>Affix main straps:
Overlap and fasten with the Velcro; Make sure the fit is on the snug side with good tension but do not over tighten to where it is not comfortable

4>Added compression straps:
Once the main belt is in place and around you pull the two side elastic fasteners forward and affix to desired location for added support. Read all steps if you decide you need more tension or if the belt rides up or down

1.Can wear under or over clothing while swimming,walking,doing light exercise.
2.Put it as tight as you need,don't pull it too tight to avoid damaging the velcro.
3.Wear it in right place to keep it stay in place and avoid slipping.
