Chicago Baked Cheddar: Our Autistic Chefs pour melted Cheddar Cheese over our popcorn. The Popcorn is allowed to cool over several hours so the Cheddar oozes into the popcorn's crevices. You can lick the classic American cheese from your fingertips.
